Hi all.
Been a member here a long time, but have been lurking this board for over a month.
Today I was issued my clear to close on my FHA loan.
Mid score 683. I go in to close next Friday at 9 AM.
The seller was pretty pissy about that but she's had the house for sale since December and I insisted that she's had more than enough time to get her crap out of the house. She thought she'd have all day next Friday to continue moving, but I said no way.
Anyway, all of the information here was very helpful and I wanted to say thanks!

make sure you do the walk thru before settlement to make sure she didnt leave any surprises..she sounds a tad unreasonable. 5 months to move stuff out is more than reasonable
