Ok I have a medical collection on all 3 of my reports from 2006 for $931. I have been reading the different threads as to the FCRA laws. On TU and EXP It says :

Original Creditor:Med-UCSD Medical Center-IND
Date opened: Feb 2008
First reported: June 2006
Date of Status: June 2006
Terms: Not Reported
Monthly Payment: Not reported
Original Amount: $931
Recent Balance: $931 as of March 2008
Now are they in violation for naming the original creditor on a medical collection. Because it is on the report and a possible employer or anyone that pulls credit can see it. Any help on what to do would be great.
The name of the OC ( original creditor) health care facility ONLY appears on YOUR copy of YOUR report, everyone else just sees "medical account".
