I got a letter from a CA stating I owed $623. I sent a validation letter. No response.. Then they placed it on my CR! So I sent another letter asking for validation threatening to sue for damages and etc. CMRRR They quickly sent me a letter CMRRR today that showed the bill was assigned not purchased. Also, it has my bill showing 0.00 blacked OUT!! However, you can see the zero balance when you hold it up to the light. On the side of the letter is a handwritten statement bcbs received a refund! Patient owes $623. This was almost three years ago. We are no longer with the same insurance. What should my next step be? HELP.....
