Hello Everyone,
Almost 1-½ years ago I received a bill from the hospital. Itwas for follow up checkup and on that date we have we have free coverage but itwas expiring next day. Please note after this checkup we moved to some othercity and I don't get the chance to go the hospital to talk, but I wrote themletters about this matter and tried to convince them but they never reply. Ialso called them several times but their answer was always same. Anyway aftertrying for couple of months I stopped caring for this and they send my bill tocollection agency and they reported it my credit record. I also tried to dealwith the CA and I also offer if they could do any settlement on any loweramount but they asking me for the full amount.
Next week I have to go that city for something and I wasthinking to go to the hospital and try to negotiate it. So is it a good idea tocontact the hospital now?
And if the hospital tells me that now I have deal with theCA, then what would be a better way to deal with them. I mean is it good to go totheir office and talk?
One last thing that my first priority will be if they can voidthat bill and if not I'm also willing to negotiate. So what will be the betterway to do this and how can I remove this from my credit after its resolve.
I also read about the depute things but I'm in a hurryand the dispute could take longer time.
Sorry for the long story and I'll be highly appreciated ifsomeone can assist me in details.
Kind regards,
I suggest you get someone to help you who can understand the instructions for disputing properly. Anything else is a waste of time.
