Hi everyone, I'm new on here looking for an answer to a question. Me and my ex bought a house together in 2006. We were both on the deed and the mortgage. Last year she had me sign a paper to take me off the deed. I'm still on the mortgage. We're going through some problems and she's threatening to evict me because I'm not on the deed. Is that possible? Can I be evicted if I'm still on the loan? I pay the power bill and water bill as well. Thanks for any answers guys!
