What is the best one to go for next? I wanted to add some line and increase my AAOA at the same time.
Any suggestions? The Costco one looks good to me, but I'm not a member there. I know many of you have lots of exposure to AMEX, so open to what the forum has to say!
FICO: EQ = 676 , EX = 660 & TU= 640

is the blue cash BCP?
a lot of people are smitten with the starwood card but it always looks ho-hum to me.
are you looking for something you can really use or just something for the tradeline?

Not sure what BCP is, so pretty sure it isn't any advanced level card (only a 1K Limit). Which one is starwood? Is that offered through AMEX?
looking to increase my AAOA by adding another line that will backdate... Not interested in using it.

BCP = Blue Cash Preferred. A little over a year ago, AmEx split the Blue Cash card into two versions -- Blue Cash Everyday and Blue Cash Preferred w/ $75 AF in exchange for fatter cash back -- and did away with the spending-tiered rewards. Your "Blue Cash Rewards" is probably the Blue Cash Everyday.
If you're just looking for the TL, and perhaps the prospect of CL growth after 60 days, then get one with $0 AF like the Blue Sky Everyday or maybe the Hilton HHonors with 40,000 points after $750 spent in 90 days.

If you're looking to backdate with no annual fees, you'd have 7 different choices:
1. The Blue Cash Everyday, which it sounds like you either have or have the Blue Cash Preferred. Either way, this option really wouldn't apply to you.
2. The Blue Sky, which can give you some travel rewards.
3. The Blue, which can give you some dumbed down Membership Rewards points.
4. The Costco AmEx, which gives good rewards if you're already a Costco member.
5. The Clear, which gives you a very vanilla 1% cash back issued as AmEx gift cards.
6. The Hilton HHonors card, which can give you a decently juicy signing bonus if you ever plan on using any of the Hilton chain hotels.
7. The Delta Options AmEx. Normally not advertised through the main AmEx channel, but is available. Really crappy rewards program, even if you are a frequent Delta flyer. The Blue Sky would be a better option. (if you are still interested, it's here: )

Also, on a more personal note: When January rolls around, I plan on going for an AmEx Blue. None of the other ones can really do anything for me in the long run, so I figure I'd get the card with the most "versatile" points system.
