So I'm 2 years out of Ch7, and still not having much luck with the limits. FAKO from TC: TU: 675 EX: 671 EQ: 658 Lots of baddies (IIB for the most part) that I've been having difficulties getting off. EX won't even let me dispute any of them anymore, I get their "We have verified this in a disputed in 2010" for all the baddies. I have a mortgage which is being paid and was Modified and reaffirmed during the Ch7, and the lender is reporting the payment updates but is still reporting the account as Ch7 IIB. I've called BoA before about this, and always got the "We will fix it". Also sent out written disputes, twice, both times CMRRR to all 3 bureaus but no update. The statements always mention that it is a "discharged debt" on the back, but my HAMP docs said otherwise. It's even showing "Pay status" as 180day late on EX. My take on this one: File FCRA against them. Violations-wise I'd like help, my take is since the Ch7 was discharged in April 2010, that means 26 months and 26 violations per bureau (78 individual violations?). I could be wrong, and I'm sure somebody could correct me if so. In that regards though, a sample Claim doc or good lawyer reference would be appreciated. Derogs: TU: 4 EX: 13 EQ: 14 In terms of current limits/cards: 1: 1300 Bal/1750 Limit (showing 1550 bal on reports, opened 05/2010) 2: 0 Bal / 300 Limit (Opened 09/2011) 3: 100 Bal / 750 limit (showing 400 bal/500 limit on reports, opened 09/2011) 4: 30 Bal / 500 limit (secured card, opened 09/2011) Other than those, there's nothing "currently" reporting on the bureaus as current. I know the 1300 balance should be brought lower. I've disputed all the derogs multiple times but so far no luck. Also had a Midland "collection" show up on TU and EQ. Called Midland, then disputed and both are now deleted, took less than 72hrs. (Account showed "Paid 2009, Opened 2012" for an account that was IIB in the first place). Any suggestions on a strategy to get back to over 800 would be great. Thanks
