I've combed through pages upon pages of information, here AND on outside sources, and can't find the "surefire" ways that you find in this forum for CRAs. I want tried and true, get-it-off-the-first-time info and samples and so on that you get for the CRAs. It can't be as simple as sending a letter that says this is not mine, because what I DID find in my searches was a lot of "can't be done" info, speckled with "Sure it can, I did it, but I won't bother to tell you how"s. So, please point me to more info on disputing lexis nexis? PLEASE?
Call them worked for me, had tons of items removed.

Excellent! I'm sure I'll have tons of items to remove as well. But, what defense did you use? Did you just say "Hey, these aren't mine" and they said "No problem, I'll take them right off for you, sir/madam!" Other than just calling, did you get them off?

I would like to know too, I can never get the three security questions right. Have you had any luck with clean up? I just requested my full report. I would be so grateful for info on how to approach this?

Get your report than call them they removed everything I disputted and sent me a clean copy... Very easy delete.

I had great success using a jack attack style method. They did not respond at all. Waited about 60 day and sent 2nd letter stating that they are in violation because as a CRA they must investigate disputes. received a clean report about 10 dys later. Step 1. Jack Attack every little item. Vin Numbers wrong. Missing info. Inaccurate $$$ amounts, inaccurate dates any space that is left empty, just ask them to verfiy the info. Step 2. If they don't reply, follow the 1-2punch flow chart and find the corresponding letter to send to a CRA who does not respond within 30+5 days. orks great for me and literally saved me $130 per MONTH in car insurance.
