Chexsystems deleated all of my derogs.

I sent in my bk discharge of debtors and also a letter stating that I wanted to have the items ''updated due to my bk'' I also listed my laywer's contact info. I also requested an updated file to be sent to my address (Whic they did not do). I had not heard anything in weeks. I called today and he said they received my information and they removed all of the derogs off of the file. I said all of them were removed from my file or were they just updated to show a 0 balance due to the bk. He said no they are gone completly. I thought they were just suppose to update the amunts to 0? I did the same to ews and telecheck and ews updated the two entries to 0 and I ended up not having a file with telecheck.
